Fatal error: Class 'suwp' not found

  • Fatal error: Class ‘suwp’ not found in /home/xxx/public_html/sitename/wp-content/plugins/seo-ultimate/modules/class.su-module.php on line 230

    using seo ultimate 7.6.1 with wp 3.5

    We are getting the above error… does anyone else have the issue? how can we fix this?

    If we uninstall it and reinstall, do we loose all the data?
