Fatal error Class ‘Requests_Cookie’ not found *cludes/Requests/Cookie/Jar.php

  • I have a problem.

    The install WP site is uploaded to the server.

    It’s a shared host.

    My main domain is *. The addon domains are */this.com and */that.com

    I have a WP v4.6 running at the main domain of *. But the */this domain, when navigated to through Firefox, returns this error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘Requests_Cookie’ not found in */wp-includes/Requests/Cookie/Jar.php on line 171

    I checked Chrome, and the same problem.

    Can anyone help?

    Try re-uploading this file using FTP from a fresh download of WordPress: /wp-includes/Requests/Cookie/Jar.php on line 171

    Or best is try MANUALLY updating WP 4.6 t0 the latest 4.6.1. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders and files on your server before uploading the new ones. Please read the Manual Update directions first.
