This plug-in is consistently faulty. We finally cut ties when it lead to a critical error and the site being down for several days. Before that we had several instances of the plug-in deactivating on its own and needing reactivation. The last time this happened, it would not let orders through prior to reactivation. I can only imagine the orders we lost. Lastly, the customer support has been in the form of hurried, defensive responses. If you are experiencing a legitimate issue, they will not help you.

    Hello,

    1. You sent us a support request by saying a fatal error and a screenshot of WordPress. Yes, it was indicated our plugin but Fatal error also happening from user end as some inputs are depended on store admin. For an example, the custom date range when filtering from orders page. If you put wrong date format, it will trigger a fatal error. In your screenshot, there is no clue, just said it is from our plugin. So can’t exactly tell you what is the reason of fatal error.
    2. You said after deactivating, your website is not working and you lost sales. Reply of this claim, our plugin is fully working on the checkout page, even your license is deactivated or your license is expired.
    3. In legitimate issue, they will not help you. To get a proper solution, you need to be specific and we told you that if a customer reports about a bug or some clue about the bug, we immediately fix it. But in your case we are clueless.

Atlast, we see, you are using our plugin almost 3 years, so losing a loyal customer like you is a sad moment for us. We are really sorry and apologise to you not to giving you a proper support.

We also constantly get a 500 error.

When I open an order in Woocommerce, I keep seeing a continuous spinner on the screen. I cannot send a status update to the customer because of this.
