Plugin sounds like just what I am after, but can’t get past step one. After setting up Amazon Elasticsearch Service, I followed “Specify the index name, url, port, and what content you would like to add to the search engine.” and hit save.

Page displays Fatal error and can’t do anything else.

I got it to work finally. In the end, I think the ES port was wrong…port 443 for Amazon Elasticsearch Service.

    Feedback…
    1) After playing around, pretty neat, but I don’t think categories are being populated as a filter option. It says tags/categories on the admin screen, but they never showed as a filter option on the search page.

    2) If you can include an ACF integration for custom fields, that would be awesome. I would pay for a more customizable plugin with that integration. I am coming from using and paying for FacetWP for years, but now have a use case where the post count is getting too large and need a faster faceted search solution.

Great start! I look forward to seeing what enhancements are made, but right now it does not give me enough.

    Thanks.

Hi @oneelement, thanks for the feedback!
We’ll look into making ports and versions a little more clear for the user.

Custom fields are on the list for future development, if you would like a custom solution feel free to reach out to Digital Bureau.
    Thanks!
