• Hello,

After I upload the new version of WP, everything seemed to have been destroyed on my website

    https://www.growyourjaw.com

I can’t access it, nor can I access the WP interface

It could come from a plugin call Cleeng.

    Please help ;(

  • Hi Jomeran,

If you have access to your server, you can delete/rename the ‘cleeng’ directory found under ‘wp-content/plugins’. If the source of the problem is that plugin, it will at least allow you to log into the dashboard of your site.

    Hello Pip,

    Thanks for your input.
But I deleted all the files related to Cleeng, and I have a new error message when I try to open https://www.growyourjaw.com :

    I’m lost :/
    I’m afraid I lost everything ….

Warning: require_once(/home1/jeff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cleeng/php/classes/Core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/jeff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cleeng/cleengWP.php on line 33

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home1/jeff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cleeng/php/classes/Core.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home1/jeff/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cleeng/cleengWP.php on line 33

Have you tried disabling all plugins? You can read more about how to do this on this page.

The Cleeng plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. So it may have problems if you have updated WordPress to the latest version.
