    when i try config the menu page (nav-menus.php) i receive this error in the firefox, and error 404 or 500 in the explorer

  • you may have a problem with a plugin or your theme, try a different theme and try installing one plugin at the time.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    1. desactivating all plugins i have the some problem.
    2. if i change to the default theme i have the some problem

    i have other mini sites with the some plugins and the some theme and works good.

    where is the configuration in the database of the menu??
