Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Meta_Query

After upgrading the wordpress to latest version I am getting error in instantiation of WP_Meta_Query class. I am not able to login into wordpress admin panel.
It shows error as
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Meta_Query in /home/leoizpro/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-meta-query.php on line 23
