@kelly.littleton We only support WooCommerce core on this forum. We’re not allowed to support premium plugins and themes on this forum as per the forum guidelines.

So I was finally able to restore my site to an earlier backup…but only after deactivating my security plugins…that fixed things for me until I can get the table rate plugin updated…not sure how I’m going to do that just yet…hope that helps someone out there

@kelly.littleton and @mytasksitepm, if you got Table Rate Shipping from a source other than WooThemes, you will need to go to the authors of the “bundle” you bought and ask them to provide an update.

You may not need Table Rate Shipping anymore though. Try using the new core shipping zones + flat rate and see if your needs are met.

Regarding the data update taking a very long time, what web host are you using? You may need to disable caching and/or ask your web host why it isn’t working (they should see something in their error logs).

I had updates switched to automatically update plugins and it broke the website.

Is this going to be a common problem in Woocommerce? IF it is then I’ll have to switch off auto-updates.

@junto, I wouldn’t let it auto update tbh – some 3rd parties don’t test before major releases so you get errors like the above. In the case of this thread however, it’s because the updates are not available due to using unlicenced, non-legit copies of plugins.

I’m having the same issue and was able to download the table rate shipping update from woocommerce but if I replace the files via FTP will all of my shipping zones get deleted?

In other words, how do I manually update without erasing all of my settings?

    Plugin Contributor Mike Jolley

    (@mikejolley)

Settings are not deleted if you just re-upload a new version.

The “upgrade warning in red” is displayed only on the plugin listing page and not on the WordPress Updates page.
So if you are used to updating plugins from the Updates page you will never see the warning.

    Hope this helps.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Kirki_Config in /home/hgkhsqrq/public_html/wp-content/themes/riba-pro-master/inc/kirki/includes/class-kirki-config.php on line 70

    Hi all,

this fatal error killed my website too…

At this point I have no clue where to go to fix this issue. I’m reading the posts above and I don’t understand what I have to do. Plus I have no access on the website at all and therefore I cannot update anything.

Can you please please please help me?

    @sbrachou
Using ftp or your host’s file manager software, rename the directory at:
    wp-content/themes/riba-pro-master
    to say
    wp-content/themes/riba-pro-master-temp

Wordpress will now be unable to find your theme and should fall back to the default theme. This will allow you to access the dashboard.

It looks like Riba Pro is a commercial theme, so you will need to seek help from the theme vendor’s support service for the cannot redeclare error. www.remarpro.com forum members don’t have access to commercial themes.
