Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class

    After upgrading I got this:

    Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: wp_locale in /mnt/138/sdb/0/d/website/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 252

  • Deactivate your plugins and see what happens. Re-activate them one by one.

    How could I desactivate my plugins… I can’t go to the admin panel : when trying I get this:

    Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: wp_locale in /mnt/138/sdb/0/d/eeeoa/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 252

    Ftp to site and delete them? Of course you have copies on your computer to re-upload.

    I deleted and reactivated : still the same message.

    I downloaded the archive today and installed it. Then replaced the files on the server. It works!
