Fatal error: Cannot declare class null_instagram_widget

    Unfortunately i got this message when I trying to turn on the plugin:

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class null_instagram_widget, because the name is already in use in /wp-content/plugins/wp-instagram-widget/wp-instagram-widget.php on line 0

    I work on WP Theme “Spark” from https://theme.visualmodo.com/spark/
    This error appear even when i turn off all widgets in admin panel.

    The error in this instance is quite clear. You already have the plugin active on your site. The most likely explanation is that your theme is using code from this plugin and has not changed the class name. If the plugin is bundled with your theme you have no reason to install it.
