• Hello,

    As you would guess I am a total novice in WordPress, I have had my website for few months and only modify it for content (pictures…) but never touched the settings. Since last week i cannot access my site anymore nor people can see it online as this message appears on the screen when typing the URL:
    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home3/leo/public_html/wp-content/themes/minamaze/admin/main/framework.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home3/leo/public_html/wp-content/themes/minamaze/functions.php on line 17

    Could somebody advice how I can solve this issue in very simple words because I am still not used to all the technical web slang.

    Thank you very much in advance it would be much appreciated!

  • When you say you can not access your site, do you mean you can not login to your WordPress Dashboard?

    The file /home3/leo/public_html/wp-content/themes/minamaze/admin/main/framework.php is either missing or its file permission don’t allow reading it. This could indicate that your files have been tampered with, you’d need to log in using FTP to get more information.

    Dear Sir,

    I have a continious problem when I try to add new page or new entry it gives a message such as;

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::get_col_charset() in /home/chezozen.com/web/chezozen.com/public_html/wp-includes/post.php on line 3337

    colud you pls help me to solve

    Edit the functions.php file and delete “require_once();” in line 17.

    Now you will be able to login. Then revert to default theme and resolve issues with framework.php file.
