After activating the plugin, I’ve lost access to wp-admin. Attempts to logon yield the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Facebook_WP::getExtendedAccessToken() in /home/jwol/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/facebook/fb-login.php on line 58

I believe it is conflicting with another Facebook plugin that I should have deactivated before installing this plugin. I imagine deactivating either would fix this, but I can’t login to wp-admin to do that.

The blog itself appears to be fine when viewed in a browser. I just can’t login to post or make changes.

I’m guessing I’ll need to login through FTP and delete the plugin?

  • Yes you should do that and then deactivate all the plugins and test one by one.
If you encounter any conflicting plugin please post it here.

Yes, deleting facebook from the plugins directory took care of it. The conflicting plugin was Facebook Comments for WordPress.
