Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp()

Hi,

I haven’t worked much with wordpress so excuse my ignorance but I really need help.

When editing one of my pages I kept getting a white screen after attempting to update the page. I researched this issue on the forums and came across someone suggesting to add define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’); to wp-config.php to increase the memory, which I did, which lead to this error when attempting to load the page:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/content/d/e/a/deabruzo/html/njcirclek/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

I erased the wp-config line but the error is still there.

I’m not sure how to fix this issue, any help is greatly appreciated
