Fatal error: Call to undefined function the_content_limit()

I’ve just done a new installation and installed the StudioBlue theme but on the home page I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function the_content_limit() in /home/triathl1/public_html/wp-content/themes/StudioBlue/home.php on line 61

When I open that file on the server this is what is at line number 61:

<?php the_content_limit(400, “”); ?>

Any ideas?
