• Hi there,

I have moved the website from a dedicated server to a cloud based service, now I am not able to log-in in the back-office, I get blank screen, when I activated the debugging I have this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /var/www/xxx/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceClass.php on line 920

Thank you in advance for any hint that would help me to regain access in the back office

  • By back office I assume you meant the wordpress admin area? I’m not sure why you would get that error unless they have disabled the php curl function. We use the native php function file get to get stuff from worfence servers so I don’t think it would be us. You might try moving the wordfence plugin on your server to wordfence.bak and see if you can get back into the site. Then I would ask the hosting service about it. Error logs would be helpful as well. Also, are you using any other security plugins or login plugins? And does the public facing site show up?

i keep getting this code. why? please help me ??

Fatal error: Call to undefined function generateOrderedArray() in C:\xampp\htdocs\e-homebooking\searchform2.php on line 66

@dayanadolce Currently we don’t support windows installations though many of our users report no problems running Wordfence under windows. That specific error doesn’t show in a google search though the “Fatal error: Call to undefined function” does quite a bit. I’d try enabling the javaScript console and seing what errors show up to try and diagnose.

Also, if you don’t mind please start your own thread if you’d like help.

    Thanks
    tim
