Fatal error: Call to undefined function: bloginfo() in /data/members/paid/w/r/writingaffairs.com/htdocs/www/mizar5net/index.php on line 4

hi.. because the log in profile here is disabled i had to post this in a new thread, or else i would have plastered it in my previous entry from a few days ago.

i have wordpress as a one-click-site at my host lycos and they had disabled the pings.php, so they wrote, due to abuse of php. my site was offline with the message ‘no file input specified’.
they told me to reset my rights, because i couldn’t even download any of the files as a back-up. they had blocked that. after resetting, i got some error messages and finally this one above.
the helpdesk of lycos has been silent ever since i wrote them about this.

i can get behind, in the dashboard and all and see every post in edit mode.
but i do not know how to get the blog back up.
