Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_settings_section() in /home/content/

Site (https://75stonewallbend.old.dewein.com/) comes up and I can login but when I go to dashboard I get the following:

Any suggestions? Can I just delete the plugin to get to the dashboard and then re-install?
