Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in widget.php!!!

  • I need help from somebdy fabulous.

    For some reason, the wp_list_pages widget isn’t including the home page (which is probably correct) – and I wanted to add it in the list.

    I tried and failed and reverted everything back – but then, when i click on the ‘widget’ tab in the dashboard i get:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/p142rpo6/public_html/greenmusings/wp-admin/widgets.php on line 924

    The site is up and i can get in – i just can’t get into the widget are anymore due to incompetence.

    Can anybody help me???

    I don’t know what you screwed up, but wp-admin/widgets.php is absolutely not 924 lines long.

    Re-upload the files to your site, and make sure it’s the correct file this time.
