Would you please use the Contact Support section on the Site Reviews Help page and send me the CSV file that you are importing?

Please also tell me which date format you selected in the import tool.

This was caused by Site Reviews incorrectly detecting one or more of your imported date values as a timestamp instead of a valid date value with the date format you selected on import.

Please update to v5.10.4 and verify that the date values in the CSV file are correct before importing.
