Fatal error at activation

    Hi

    I have installed the plugin.
    However while activating, I have a fatal error notice.
    And plugin is not active.

    Do you have any clue about this issue ?

    Also my website is WP Multisite.
    Maybe it has something to do with this issue ?

    Fluent Forms is multi-site ready. Would you please check the debug.log file and give me some more information about what’s wrong?

    For Fatal error, From your server log, you should get some data about which file caused the issue so I can take a look.

    Also, Would you please let me know your PHP version and WordPress version.
