    Hi,

We had a problem with our API key and suddenly it stopped working. We created a new one but when we access your plugin panel it says:

Mailchimp says: API Request Error – API Key InvalidYour API key may be invalid, or you’ve attempted to access the wrong datacenter. on 1861 in /www/public/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php

Is there any way we can reset the settings to enter the new API key somehow?

    Thanks

Hi @andreu, if this has happened to you, you’re unfortunately going to have to re-install the plugin.

Things that could possibly have been a problem:

    1. Did you by chance have someone help with your Mailchimp account and then remove them?

    2. Did you happen to do a database rollback?

Either way at this stage you’ll have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin I’m afraid. You’ll also need to make sure that Mailchimp delete’s the “old store” from your account to make sure you don’t have duplicate stores getting in the way.

Please let us know if you’re running into any trouble – but also make sure to hop on your Mailchimp support ticket while you’re logged into your account and they’ll be more than happy to get you all squared up!

    Hi,

Deactivating + removing the plugin to re-install it has worked.
What happened is very strange, we may lost a lot of subscribers because during months we had this trouble without knowing it.

    Thanks for your help!

This is what I am getting as well.
Not sure what is causing it.
