Fatal Error and unable to delete plugin.

Could you please share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

The fix should be available with the next version of WooCommerce Shipping & Tax: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/2417

In the meantime, to avoid this issue and still be able you uninstall WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, you can:
– Install WooCommerce
– Delete WooCommerce Shipping & Tax
– Deactivate & Delete WooCommerce
