Fatal Error and no LogIn to WP

Hi,

after update to WP 4.8.2 and/or php7 I have the following error message after klick on Career Portfolio Premium:

Also the LogIn in my wp dashborad shows me a blank webpage. After deactivate Career Portfolio, LogIn is possible.

Any idea what is to do?
