"Fatal error: Allowed memory size"-Fix messed everything

Ola,
actually I have these not so seldom Problem “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in”

I added the lines to my wp-config.php and now I get the “Allowed memory size….” error on every page in my WP-Dashboar. The website still works, but nothing works in the WP Dashboard.

So, I just added the none-edited wp-config.php and tried to find another solution – but same error.

So before I mess all, Ill ask you for help. ??

For the fix in generel and why I cannot get the memory error fixed with those two lines.
