  • I have started seeing this error on the latest version of Awesome Support also, logging into the site with my admin account I either get a critical error or a blank page.

Seemingly this is when WordPress is attempting to do the periodic automated check where it confirms your Admin Email is still correct, but perhaps in other cases also. I disabled various plugins until I discovered that it is Awesome Support causing this.

I re-enabled Awesome Support after confirming my admin email and login works fine.

    PHP Version is 8.2.x

Got exactly the same issue seem like the support dont care much about the problem I see message since day’s talking about this issue.

    Hi @vsravan707 @polonet2 @rickstermuk ,

We apologise for the inconvenience. We acknowledge that this is an issue with our most recent release version 6.3.0, so this is a known issue and the team is actively working on and updating. In the meantime, if you like to use this feature without any issue, we recommend using an older version 6.2.2 of the plugin.

Please follow these steps to download it:

    1. Visit the provided link.
    2. Scroll down to “Advanced Option.”
    3. Under “Please select a specific version to download,” click on the dropdown menu and choose the version you wish to download.
    4. Please backup your site.
    5. Upload this version to your WordPress site and replace the existing plugin. Also, Please disable auto-update for Awesome support.

This workaround should address the issue temporarily. We expect to release a permanent fix in the next version of the plugin.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,
