Fatal Error: Allowed memory size…

    Ever since the last update I’m getting error messages like this:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in …/wp-includes/rest-api/class-wp-rest-server.php on line 904
    and
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in …/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-automatic-updater.php on line 803
    and
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in …/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/rest-api/Controllers/Version1/class-wc-rest-orders-v1-controller.php on line 916
    and
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in …/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 419

    My web host won’t help and I don’t know what I’m doing most of the time. Anyone know the fix for this? My server is Linux on a shared Apache server, running PHP version 7.4. I just updated to the latest WP version, but that didn’t help.
