Freshly installed, went to adjust the settings on the backup detail, when I clicked ‘Done’, I got the following message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 175741211 bytes) in /home/datacl6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/classes/class-site-size.php on line 274

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey there @dataclarity

Sorry you had this happen. I’m hoping you disabled the plugin so you could again access your backend, but if you didn’t please go ahead and do that. That error is due to running into a memory limit. Check with your host about the memory_limit and max_execution_time limits and see if those could be the culprit. If not, it would be interesting to have more information about your server setup (and host) so we can try to help you troubleshoot further.

    Thanks,
    Kat

I’m going to go ahead and close this out as resolved. If you have a similar issue please open a new topic for us to help you troubleshoot more effectively.

    Thanks!
