Fatal error: Allowed memory…

  • Hi,

    I’ve been using Polylang and lingotek with no issues but when i changed the “strings translation” to automatic on Lingotek, I got a blank page, I deleted Lingotek and when I try to activate it again i get this message (WP debug ):

    “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /……/public_html/wp-content/plugins/polylang/modules/wpml/wpml-compat.php on line 419”

    l got this fault and l solved this problem with try to delete with admin panel. If you delete with your host (ftp), you get same message.

    1- Activate plugin.
    2- Change lingotek plugin folder name in your ftp panel. (wp-content/plugin/lingotek…)
    3- Delete ligotek plugin in “worpdress plugin panel.”
    4- Upload or add lingotek plugin in your worpdres panel and activate.

    Hi ofd2008,
    Now it’s working… but i have changed string translation to automatic and I got the error again. So I will leave it on manual for now.
