    The issue is ” Permission denied “. The permissions and/or ownership of your WP file tree is incorrect. If you’re using shared hosting, please contact your host for assistance. If this is a VPS, the WP file tree should be owned by the same user under which the PHP process is running, with permissions 755/644 for directories/files.

    I have a shared hosting, I tried contacting my hosting but they couldn’t solve my problem. Please tell me what I can do to resolve this issue.

    What are the permissions on the files?

    755 for directories and 644 for files.

    Hmm…. that should be OK. You really need to have your host look at this.
