I am unable to get into the dashboard at all. The website address is: https://www.socialmediainfusion.net

Here’s what happened – I upgraded to the new version of WP – then I got this message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_mobile() in /home/content/27/8359227/html/wp-admin/index.php on line 22

Not sure where the problem was I called my hosting company to see if they were experiencing problems and they were not.

I tried renaming the content and plug-in files on that end, and that did not work, so I changed them back to their original names.

I don’t know code and need aa much help as you can give me. I made the mistake of not doing a back up, but am willing to lose everything and start again if I need to in order to get the site up again.

A friend said I’d have to delete something and reload WP – how in the world does one do that?

    Thanks,
    Joy

They helped me fix it on their end. Thank you for urging me to call them back. I’m very grateful for your patience. The site is up and it doesn’t look like I lost a single thing.

    Thanks again,
    Joy

Glad to hear that it was all successfully sorted. ??
