I just received a fatal error, yesterday, when I upgraded Easy PayPal plugin. It said I needed to upgrade to PHP 5.4 from the version I have.

Can you tell me how to do that? Should I contact my web host service? Or can you tweak the plugin to be backwards compatible. At present, I have it deactivated, and won’t otherwise know when I can use this plugin again.

    Thanks

The plugin does use some features available only in PHP V5.4. The right thing to do would be to ask your hosting provider to update PHP on your server. In the meantime, while waiting for that to happen, you can edit the plugin files
EzPlugin.php to comment out line 17, and
admin/header.php to comment out line 5

I have made this PHP V5.4 requirement a warning in the current version.
