I just updated your plugin to the last version and it gave me a fatal error which crashed my website. The look of the website was messed up and (I have an e-commerce site using WooCommerce) all the products were gone showing 404 page-not-found errors. It looks like it has a conflict with another of my plugins, WPforms. I got a message from WordPress saying this other plugin was the problem but deactivating that one didn’t fixed the problem with the products. Since Yoast was the last one I updated I deactivated Yoast and everything is working again but of course without Yoast. Please help!

We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for sharing the relevant error here with us. The error you have shared with us clearly states that it’s coming from the 3rd party WPforms plugin rather than Yoast SEO. So, it is very odd that disabling WPforms doesn’t resolve the issue for you but disabling Yoast SEO does.

On the other hand, can you please share the WPforms plugin page URL here with us so that we can download it and test it on our end to see what’s going on?

We look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, which is why I disabled that one first but because nothing happened we decided to try disabling Yoast and that fixed the issues. We then activated WPforms again and everything kept working fine.

    This is their site https://wpforms.com/addons/custom-catpcha-addon/
    We have the Basic version

    Thanks

    Hi,

It looks like even the basic version of WPForms is a paid plugin.

Would it be possible for you to perform a conflict check to confirm if you are able to replicate the issue with a default theme, and only Yoast SEO and WPForms as the only plugins activated?

You can test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.`

Ok I will work on checking this today and get back to you.

@moraima4 Thanks for your reply and please let us know once you’ve had a chance to complete your testing.

So to be able to do use the Yoast plugin during the troubleshooting it had to be activated on our site, if it’s not I can’t test it during the troubleshooting.
That in theory meant, I might crash the website.
But, alas, I activated again the Yoast plugin and nothing happened, everything seems to be working perfectly fine. I don’t even know what to tell you.

I guess we are back to regular business!
