Fatal Error after installation

    I have a local deals community site and this plugin is perfect for it. However, I get this error after installation:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_checkins_is_foursquare_ready() in /home/gctal/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-toolbar/includes/bptb-plugins-bpcheckins.php on line 115

    I am running WP Multisite and I did network activate the plugin. I am also running BP version 1.7.1. Any help you can give me in getting this plugin up and running on my site is most appreciated.
