Fatal error after 4.1 Upgrade

Hi Guys,

I did the recent update as i always do and updated to 4.1 and now i have no access to my wordpress this message keeps appearing.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_json_encode() in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/in/te/gr/integra.uk.com/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 668

Can somone help me please?
