Fatal error

    hi, this comes out when I tried to activate the plugin:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare upgrade_all() (previously declared in /home/artyc690/public_html/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php:331) in /home/artyc690/public_html/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 414

    Please advise on how to solve this. Thank you.

    Which version of WordPress are you using?

    This does not seem like a plugin error though, can you delete the plugin and install it again? Just to be sure.

    Edit: I just tested this on a fresh test site and it worked normally.
