• Trying to export, but hitting “Download Ghost file” instantly gives me a blank page with this text:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /storage/content/98/166998/mydomain/public_html/wp-includes/post.php on line 5514

    Any idea?

    Hiya,

How many posts are you trying to export at any one time? It seems to me that you have a TON of content, and php just gives up halfway through.

Can you change the memory_limit of your php setup on your hosting?

My WP installation consists of 344 posts, a handful of plugins and even less users. I can’t change the memory_limit, since the hosting company has it defined for my type of account. But somehow I don’t think that’s the problem since my amount of data is quite small.

    Looking into it…

I have a wordpress blog with ~943 posts and when I go to export to ghost, I get a white screen and no download. It looks like it is loading for only a few seconds and then stops.

Thanks for the great work on Ghost!
