    Hi Samatva,
    Please use ftp to rename this plugin and your site will be back.
    Also, can you please tell me if BuddyPress and BuddyPress activity are enabled on your site?

    Thank you for the prompt reply, Sorry I did not see it until now. Not sure what we did to resolve, but I think we decided that we did not need the sitewide activity widget for our purposes.
