Fatal Error

  • Hi, i recently installed a new theme, when I tried to activate it and use it I got this message :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: register_sidebar() in /data/members/paid/c/e/cedermalm.net/htdocs/www/blogg/wp-content/themes/pixeled/functions.php on line 10

    Can anyone help??

  • That function helps enable widget support in WordPress themes.

    Are you using a much older version of WordPress? Perhaps it does not have widget support. I do not recall what WordPress version first included widgets.

    I think I use an older version… can I save my blogg somehow?

    Sure, just delete that theme, and WordPress will automatically switch to another.
