fatal error

    I’m getting a fatal error when I go to my install.php file in my browser it says:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: load_default_textdomain() in /home/wanderbl/public_html/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 239

    Why the error is in wp-settings.php I have no idea because I haven’t done anything with that file. Should I just redownload it?
