• Hi,

Thank you for developing this plugin.

Lately, we face fatal errors and the messages related to your plugin. I saw that it is has not been updated for 7 months, so maybe there are compatibility issues.

see the error, do you plan to update it?

    Hi @dshalgishira,

Thanks for your message. The plugin is still up to date there just hasn’t been a specific reason to release an update. I am not experiencing any fatal errors on my end.

The error message you mentioned doesn’t provide a specific line item in our plugin if I am not mistaken…was this error message the full error message? It almost seems cut off.

Can you explain more about when the fatal error occurs, like is it saving the plugin settings, when a share occurs or some other event?

Have you tried disabling all other plugins and using a standard theme? It’s totally possible that the error might not be coming from our plugin alone but there might be some issue with how our code works with other code on your site which might also run when a post is published.

Lastly, it would be good to see more diagnostic info. Please go to the plugin settings, and go to the “Help” tab, and go to the last question “I am having issues with the plugin, what can I Do” and copy and paste that diagnostic info in your reply.

    Thanks,
