fatal error

Hello wp experts,

i am having problem in my website https://www.umeshg.com.np which shows up an fatal error message as follows:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/nviaedun/public_html/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/nviaedun/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 30

I tried to edit in my admin.php page, but my I could not get any ideas to resolve the problem. The line 30 states

require_once(dirname(dirname(__FILE__)) . ‘/wp-load.php’);

can anyone help me.
