No worries, we will do our best to help you figure this out. First, checking the error logs seems like some of it have to do with a Thank You page customising plugin. So the first step I would do is to deactivate that plugin as well as switch to the Storefront theme.

If that doesn’t take care of it, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, these fatal error logs should NOT render on the front end of the site. Seems like you’ve manually enabled them, you can check the following guide on how to turn them back off: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress/

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello Saif, Thank you for your reply.

Regarding your option, do we must using storefront theme to be able using thank you page plugin? And what about my current work in this theme? Am I going to lose all my work here?

    Best Regards,
    Edo

    Hi @edowahanasurya

What Saif suggested above is to try disabling the Thank You Page plugin and see if that resolves the issue.

If so, since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy here), it would be best reaching out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

    Thanks!
