It appears to be at the top of the stack trace. I have deactivated the plugin for my site to work.

Thanks! It looks like the class gets instantiated too early. I’ll prep a fix, thanks for letting me know.

    Thank you.

I confirm that the moment I activate the plugin on the staging site I then got a fatal error again.

Hi, I also have the same error on a client website. Really appreciate that you’re looking into this, do you have a timeframe for a fix to be available?

    Thread Starter Chuckie

    (@ajtruckle)

Yes, I have users stuck in limbo who registered, and I can’t approve until the plugin is activated again.

Hi, I have the same problem, hopefully a fix will soon be available

Just published the new version, it should now be available in your wp-admin.

Apologies for the delay, this was the first time publishing a new version using new deploy tools, so I hope all is smooth.

Please let me know if things are not fixed in the new version and I’ll take another look. Thanks!

I am afraid that as soon as I updated to this version and reactivated the whole site blew up again as before.

Same experience for me as well – updated to v9 and had the same critical error.

Okay, looking. Not sure at this point what would cause that. Do you have any caching plugins enabled?

    Thread Starter Chuckie

    (@ajtruckle)

Yes, but they worked fine up until now.
