With the last update the plugin has generated a fatal error on my website.
Is there a way to fix it?

    This is the notification:

Warning: include_once(/home/iidwszwn/agarimoestudio.com/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/glossaryPro.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/iidwszwn/agarimoestudio.com/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/glossaryFree.php on line 963

    Thanks a lot

  • Yes I have the same error after the upgrade.

I also had a fatal error with the update. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem to affect users who are not logged in.

To fix it I replaced the plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/ directory with the previous version from a backup. Then I disabled auto-updates for this plugin.

I just did this manually. If you don’t have ssh access or don’t know Linux commands, perhaps you can do it through your control panel or your host can help you.

If you don’t have a backup, you can just disable the plugin for now. You can simple rename (or delete) its directory or do it via the database:

I have the same error after the upgrade. ??

    Hey there!

As people above, websites that have the latest version of the plugin are showing the below error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'CMTT_Pro' not found in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/glossaryFree.php:978

Unfortunately, it seems the versions of the plugins are not tagged, so it is not possible to easily roll back to the previous version. Once the above is fixed, may I also ask for you to tag your releases? Thank you!

    Hello,

Sorry about the bug, we’re releasing the new version with the fix right now.

I installed the fix but still get the following error when trying to open my site:

Warning: include_once(/home/customer/www/insurevents.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/glossaryPro.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/insurevents.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/enhanced-tooltipglossary/glossaryFree.php on line 963

My site is still down. Does creative minds monitor this site?

Seems like you are running two versions of our plugins at the same time. Please deactivate one of them and check

How do I update the plugin? I had to disable it by renaming it so I could access my site. I want to update to the newest WordPress version too, but now I wonder if the newer updates for the glossary will work with it.

Just rename the plugin back to its original name, and you can update it to the latest version. The latest version has this issue solved.
