    Hello

    I get an email from wordpress that a fatal error has occurred on our site and the problem is with your plugin. I myself am the webmaster and can still access the backend with my login, but the client herself can no longer do anything on her backend. She keeps getting the message that a critical error has occurred.

    Can you do something about this?

    We have identified this issue and have a bug open for it. We still need our developers to look into this, so at this moment we don’t have any update available for you.

    Have you tried out anything to correct his issue? Have you rolled back the plugin? Did you done any conflict testing?

    Please let us know if you find out any other details related to this issue? I have linked the bug to this thread, so we will also let you know when we have any fix or workaround available for you.

    Hi @yasminezilt,

    This error could temporarily occur when the communication with the Mollie API is disrupted. Either due to an outage at Mollie or when the server is under increased load.
    This may have been introduced with performance improvements in update 7.3.0 and the team is looking into providing a better solution.

    If you still encounter this issue, I suggest trying a downgrade to version 7.2.0.
    But this should usually “resolve itself” after a while.

    Our developer has created a potential fix for this issue, and we have a package available for you here. If you want to try, please download and replace your current plugin with this one and let us know if it resolved the issue.

    Thanks for the quick help
    But if I replace the old plugin with this one, will settings be lost or will everything just stay the same?

    Nothing should change, the plugin settings are saved on the database, not on the plugin.
