Fatal Error

I keep getting a fatal error every time I try to log in to the Titan Anti-spam & Security 7.3.2 — I did purchase the premium version and ever since I have gotten those fatal errors. I have been able to get to other areas of the Titan Anti-Spam & Security plugin but not the most important area of the security. I have been talking with someone, but I don’t understand why access to my site’s admin panel is needed to fix this issue. I have contacted my hosting company as well and they looked into this for me and this is what part of their response was, “Titan Anti-spam & Security is 7.3.2 while Titan Anti-spam & Security Pro (Premium) is 1.4.3. ”

I purchased the premium version for added security and now it’s causing these issues. At this point, I just want my money back if I can’t get help me. This has been an issue since September 30, 2022 when I purchased the premium version.
