I’m getting the current fatal error in the backend of a clients website. Currently using Flexible Checkout Fields PRO and WooCommerce Order Status Manager are the additional plugins. This error happens when clicking into the backend of Flexible Checkout Fields PRO. If I disable the stripe plugin the error goes away and all is normal.

Hi @suissemade,

The plugin Flexible Checkout Fields for WooCommerce has been recently updated, so please make sure you’ve installed the latest version. The previous versions may conflict with WooCommerce Stripe and/or other plugins.

Or if you have just updated to the latest version and noticed the error which was not present before, it is possible that there is a need for a fix to make it work properly with WooCommerce Stripe. For more insights reach out to the plugin author:

In any case, it’s worth considering running a conflict test to determine what is causing the conflict:

Hi @suissemade!

This is currently reported as a bug (compatibility with other plugins) and is being investigated here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2394

I’d suggest downgrading to version 6.4.3 and see if that helps!

You could also comment your thoughts and suggestions on the Github bug report directly.

Great thanks @kaushiksomaiya, I’ll downgrade for now and hopefully that’ll do the trick until it’s resolved.
