Fatal Error

  • Hi, when i install the plugin there is a Fatal Error.

    Why?

    The error seems to be caused by the EU VAT Assistant integration in the Prices Based on Country plugin (see line #2, below).

    We haven’t tested that plugin, and we can’t provide support for it, but I would suggest the following:
    1. Disable the Prices Based on Country plugin.
    2. Activate the EU VAT Assistant.
    3. Configure the EU VAT Assistant.
    4. Activate the Prices Based on Country plugin again.

    If the issue persists, the next step would be to reach out to the support team of the Prices Based on Country plugin. They should be able to check what the root cause is, and address it.

    Note
    Please be aware that the EU VAT Assistant will be retired at the end of June 2022 (see the FAQ and the announcement on our site). If you just started using it, it could be a good idea to use an alternative solution, such as the VAT Compliance by Simba Hosting, instead.
