    Hi,

I have an error when I put Give shortcode in my page.
I’m using Crocal Premium theme, and they told me to see with you.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare crocal_eutf_get_product_area_css() (previously declared in /xxxxxx/wp-content/themes/crocal/includes/css-templates/eut-dynamic-singular-css.php:209) in /xxxxxx/wp-content/themes/crocal/includes/css-templates/eut-dynamic-singular-css.php on line 312

    Could you help me ?

    My best,
    Mathieu

    Hi Mathieu,

Happy to help. That error indicates that the theme is using the same function name twice on the same file. Once on line 209 and another copy in line 312.

That seems to me like a theme-specific issue.

The GiveWP form shortcode itself should not cause any issues. You can test that by switching to a default theme.

That said, the Classic and Multi-step form templates load via an iframe. Maybe the theme is trying to inject some CSS in the form iframe and that’s what’s causing the conflict. Try switching your GiveWP form to the Legacy form template and see if that works.

    Hi Rick,

    Thanks a lot.
I did your test and the problem is with the theme.
I’ll check with the theme developers.

    Mathieu
