    My initial mail:
During the installation of the PRO version I receive the message:
Fatal error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare fuse_social_dashboard_icons() (previously declared in /customers/6/f/a/amberhanning.nl/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/fuse-social-floating-sidebar/fuse_social_sidebar.php:66) in /customers/6/f/a/amberhanning.nl/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/fuse-social-floating-sidebar-premium/fuse_social_sidebar.php on line 65

The free version is running well.
    The domain: amberhanning.nl

Can you help me with this?

    Your reponse:
    Hi there,
Can you please disable and remove the free version and after that try to install a pro version?
    Thanks.

My response (serveral times, but no answer receveid:

    Hello there,

I already tried that and I got the screen you see in the attachement.

Next I also deactivated the PRO version, and… still saw the icons on the site(?)
At last I removed everything by FTP.

Are there any known conflicts with other plugins or certain themes? (I use newspaper theme by TagDiv)

    Best regards

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It seems like you are not receiving our response to the email. This error usually comes when you try to install PRO version over the Free version.

We need some more details on this issue and for that purpose, can you please create a ticket over here:

    https://fusefloat.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

I’ll be glad to check this further for you.

    Hi Daniyal Achmed,

The last plugin-update seems to fix the bug.
For now… that’s great because it works!

    However…
Support: how many people are working at your helpdesk?
It “feels” like a kind of Multi-National Company(?)….”complexilty”, overlapping processes/mails, etc.

    Therefore in my opinion:
    Plugin:

If the plugin works as it should be… it can certainly add value to a website .
If it does’nt work properly… (Optimize Support/Channels) etc.
